Key information about Richard Casino

Overview of Richard Casino

We launched Richard in 2023 with a simple idea: give players one account that covers pokies, live dealer tables and sports betting without forcing them between three different sites. Since then we have grown into a catalogue of more than 4,000 titles and an international player base, with Australia among the markets we build for directly.

What separates us is the size of the welcome package and the flexibility of the cashier. New players can claim up to 630% across their opening deposits together with 1,000 free spins, and we accept Australian dollars, bank cards, e-wallets and major cryptocurrencies side by side. Crypto deposits land in minutes, which is why we front the crypto bonus on our home page.

We hold a Curaçao licence and operate under its conditions, with SSL encryption on every connection and identity checks before a first withdrawal. Our games come from studios whose random number generators are independently tested, so outcomes are not ours to influence. Australian players should confirm the rules that apply where they live before signing up.

Richard Casino Online Slots & Games

Our lobby is built around choice. We sort every title into pokies, live casino, jackpots, instant-win and crash formats so you can find a game by mood rather than scrolling an endless list. Filters by studio, volatility and feature set narrow things further, and most pokies open in demo mode so you can learn a bonus round before staking real money. New releases arrive weekly and sit in their own tab. The categories below are the ones our Australian players open most often.

Online pokies

Pokies make up the largest part of our catalogue, from three-reel classics to feature-heavy video slots. You will find Megaways layouts, cluster pays, cascading reels and buy-bonus options across thousands of titles. Volatility ranges from gentle games that pay often to high-variance releases built around a single big round. Every game panel lists its RTP and feature rules, and we recommend reading it before your first spin.

Live casino

Our live tables stream real dealers in HD from professional studios, with chat and multiple camera angles. Roulette, blackjack and baccarat run around the clock at stakes from a few dollars to high-roller limits. Game shows such as Crazy Time and Monopoly Live add bonus wheels and multipliers to the mix. Because tables fill up at peak hours, we run several versions of the most popular formats so you rarely wait for a seat.

Jackpot games

Jackpot pokies sit in their own category so you do not have to hunt for them. Some carry a fixed top prize, others feed a progressive pool that grows with every qualifying spin across the network. The prize structure and any minimum stake needed to qualify are set out in each game's rules. A jackpot is never guaranteed, so treat these titles as entertainment rather than a plan.

Crash and instant-win games

Crash games turn a rising multiplier into the whole experience: cash out before the round ends and the multiplier is yours. Instant titles such as mines, plinko and dice run in seconds and suit short sessions on a phone. Rounds move quickly, which makes a set budget more important here than anywhere else in the lobby. We keep these games in the Instant Win tab alongside scratch-style releases.

Table games

For players who prefer to set their own pace, our digital table games run on certified random number generators rather than a live dealer. Roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker variants deal faster and usually accept lower minimum stakes than the streamed tables. Rules, side bets and house edge differ between versions, so check the paytable before you sit down. Many are available in demo mode too.

Providers available at Richard Casino Australia

A big lobby only matters if the games inside it are worth playing, which is why we work with studios that have a track record rather than filling space. Our partners cover every category we offer: blockbuster pokies, live dealer streams, crypto-friendly releases and high-volatility titles for experienced players. You can filter the lobby by studio to go straight to a developer you already trust. The list below covers the names our Australian players open most, along with the titles we see spun hardest.

• Pragmatic Play — the busiest studio in our lobby, known for tumbling wins, multiplier features and frequent new releases. Its games run smoothly on phones and carry buy-bonus options in most markets. Best slots at Richard: Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Big Bass Splash, Sugar Rush 1000.
• Evolution — the benchmark for live dealer entertainment, with studio-quality streaming and the widest range of game shows anywhere. Its tables anchor our live category from standard roulette through to branded formats. Best titles at Richard: Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Lightning Roulette, Live Blackjack.
• Play'n GO — a polished slot developer with strong mobile optimisation and a catalogue built on clean, repeatable mechanics. Its adventure and mythology themes have aged well and still draw daily play. Best slots at Richard: Book of Dead, Reactoonz.
• NetEnt — a long-established name behind several of the most recognisable pokies ever released, with crisp presentation and accessible gameplay. Its titles suit players who want a lower-variance session. Best slots at Richard: Starburst, Divine Fortune.
• Hacksaw Gaming — a mobile-first studio with unusual themes, compact mechanics and some of the highest multipliers in our catalogue. Its releases appeal to players chasing a big single round. Best slots at Richard: Wanted Dead or a Wild, Mayana Stackways.
• BGaming — a crypto-friendly developer whose games pair simple rules with provably fair options where supported. A natural fit for players funding an account in Bitcoin or USDT. Best slots at Richard: Elvis Frog in Vegas, Bonanza Billion, Book of Cats.
• Nolimit City — a specialist in aggressive, high-variance pokies with layered bonus mechanics and sizeable maximum wins. Its games reward patience and a bankroll to match. Best slots at Richard: San Quentin 2, The Rave.

Exclusive Bonuses and Promotions from Richard Casino

We build our promotions around the way people actually play rather than a single headline number. New players start with a staged welcome package that spreads value across the first deposits instead of tying everything to one payment. After that the promotions page keeps running: reload bonuses through the week, cashback on net losses, free spin drops on featured pokies and slot tournaments with published prize pools. Crypto players get their own offers because those deposits clear faster at our end. Every promotion carries its own terms — a qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement, a maximum bet while the bonus is live and an expiry date — published on the offer itself rather than buried. Read them before you opt in.

Welcome Bonus

Our headline offer for new Australian players is a crypto welcome package worth up to 630% and A$6,060, plus 1,000 free spins. It is staged across your opening deposits rather than paid in one lump, so the full value unlocks as you keep playing. Select the offer in the cashier before you pay, because a bonus cannot be added to a deposit that has already cleared.

A few rules decide whether a bonus works for you. Staking above the maximum bet while the bonus is active can void the balance, so keep spins inside the limit until wagering is finished. Pokies clear the requirement fastest because they count in full. Unused bonus funds and spins expire after 30 days, and free spin winnings carry their own wagering.

Other Promotions

The welcome package is the start rather than the whole programme. Existing players can claim a weekly reload bonus on qualifying mid-week deposits, which keeps a balance topped up without waiting for a seasonal campaign. Cashback returns a share of net losses from the previous week straight to your account, with lower wagering than a standard match bonus.

Free spin drops land on featured pokies and are usually credited automatically once you opt in. Slot tournaments rank players by win multiplier rather than stake size, so a modest bankroll can still finish high on the leaderboard, and prize pools are published before each race starts. Crypto-only offers reward deposits in Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT. Some promotions need a code entered in the cashier before you deposit; codes appear on the promotions page and in account emails, so check both.

Program VIP Richard Casino

Our VIP programme runs on points rather than invitations. Every real-money bet earns loyalty points, and those points move your account through five levels automatically — there is nothing to apply for. As you climb, the rewards compound: cashback rises from 5% to 15%, withdrawal limits increase, and the queue your payout joins gets shorter. From Gold upwards you are assigned a personal account manager who handles requests directly rather than through general support, and the offers sent to your inbox are tailored to the games you actually play. Birthday bonuses, exclusive tournaments and invitation-only reload rates sit at the upper levels. Points are earned on pokies, live tables and sports alike, though contribution rates differ by category and bonus-funded play may not qualify. Your current level, point balance and the threshold for the next tier are shown in the VIP section of your account at all times.

How to Register on Richard Casino

Opening an account takes about two minutes and gives you the casino, live tables and sportsbook from one login. Use details that match your identity documents, because we verify them before your first withdrawal and a mismatch is the most common reason a payout is held up. Choose Australian dollars during sign-up if you plan to deposit with a card or local method, or a crypto wallet instead. Pick your welcome offer before depositing, not after.

1. Open the official Richard website and click Sign up.
2. Enter your email address and create a strong, unique password.
3. Add your legal name, date of birth and residential address exactly as they appear on your ID.
4. Select AUD as your account currency, or a supported cryptocurrency.
5. Confirm you are 18 or over and accept the terms and conditions.
6. Verify your email address through the link we send you.
7. Log in, open the cashier and select the welcome offer you want.
8. Make a qualifying deposit of A$20 or more and start playing.

Richard Casino Mobile App

Most of our Australian traffic arrives on a phone, so the site is built mobile-first rather than shrunk down from desktop. The lobby, cashier, promotions and live tables all work in Safari and Chrome without installing anything, and your account, bonuses and progress stay identical across devices. Where a native app is offered for your region you will find it linked from the site itself, never from a third-party file; otherwise a home screen shortcut gives the same one-tap access.

How to download the Richard app

We publish any app we offer through the official website only, so you always know what you are installing. If no native build is available in your region, the home screen shortcut below behaves the same way.

1. Open the official Richard website in your mobile browser.
2. Log in or complete registration.
3. Look for the Download App link in the site menu.
4. Select the build for iOS or Android and allow the installation.
5. If no app is listed, tap Share in Safari or the menu in Chrome and choose Add to Home Screen.
6. Open Richard from the new icon and sign in.

Advantages of the mobile casino

Playing on mobile costs you nothing in features. The full catalogue of pokies, live tables and sports markets is there, the cashier handles deposits and withdrawals, and verification documents can be photographed and uploaded on the spot. Push notifications flag a free spin drop or a cashback credit without you checking the site. The layout is built for one thumb and games are compressed to load on mobile data. Because everything runs through the browser, there is nothing to reinstall when we add new titles.

Payment methods at Casino Richard

We keep the cashier short and predictable. Australian players can fund an account with bank cards, e-wallets or cryptocurrency, and balances are held in Australian dollars unless you choose a crypto wallet. Deposits are credited instantly across every method we list; withdrawals are released once identity verification is complete, which is a one-off step. Crypto payouts are quickest at our end, e-wallets follow within a day, and cards take longest because your bank adds its own processing. Limits and availability depend on your location and account status, so check the cashier before you pay.

Security & Licensing Richard Casino Online

Every connection to Richard runs over SSL encryption, so login details, personal information and payment data are scrambled in transit. Account data sits on access-controlled servers and is never sold on. Two-step verification is available in your profile and we recommend switching it on.

Richard operates under a Curaçao licence and follows the conditions attached to it, including anti-money-laundering checks and segregation of player funds. Identity verification is required before a first withdrawal: a government-issued ID, proof of address from the last three months and confirmation of the payment method you used. Most reviews finish within 24 to 48 hours when the scans are clear and uncropped.

Fair play rests on the software rather than on us. Our games come from licensed studios whose random number generators are tested by independent laboratories, and published RTP figures are long-run statistical measures rather than a promise about any single session.

Responsible gambling tools are built into every account: deposit, loss and session limits, reality-check reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Only stake what you can afford to lose, never chase a loss, and use the free support services listed below if it stops feeling like a game. Australian players should also confirm the rules that apply in their own state.

Richard Casino customer support

Our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through live chat and email. Live chat is the fastest route for anything time-sensitive — a deposit that has not appeared, a bonus that did not activate, a question about wagering — and most chats are picked up within a couple of minutes, including overnight and at weekends.

Email suits requests that need detail or attachments, such as verification documents or a disputed transaction, and we aim to reply within 24 hours. We do not advertise telephone support, so treat any phone number that reaches you claiming to be Richard with suspicion. Support is provided in English, with additional languages available depending on the agent on shift.

When you contact us about a withdrawal, include the transaction reference and the date. Never share your password with anyone, including our own staff — we will never ask for it.
